Weekend Away
SCF is a Church Family and over the years we’ve enjoyed spending time away together. Many people will remember the great time we had at The Quinta near Oswestry in 2019. This year we’re looking forward to another great time together with lots of time for fun, relaxation, and connecting with members of the church family.
Time together is important but our heart is also to experience Holy Spirit led worship as well as inspirational and challenging teaching. We’re hugely blessed that Rachel Mathias (Sound of Wales) will be leading us in worship and that Simon Guillebaud (“Choose Life 365…”) as well as Martin Allen will be sharing what God has put on their hearts. Alex Flanagan and his team will be back by popular request to lead and inspire our children and youth with lots of fun activity across the weekend..

Accomodation
Exclusive use of Quinta Hall with room for 109 people in 35 bedrooms of differing size, including 12 en-suites.
There are two disabled rooms on the ground floor, each with twin beds and en-suite facilities

Exclusive use of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location on the estate with space for 5 caravans, all with electric hook-ups.
Use of the large camping field for tents and caravans with access to the sports hall toilets and showers

Catering
Package prices include:
- Friday evening: a cooked dinner;
- Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner;
- Sunday: breakfast plus a hog roast at lunchtime;
- teas/coffees etc during breaks
- 24 hr access to tea & coffee facilities.
(we will be served by the same caterers as 2019 who provided excellent quality and choice including meeting all special dietary needs).
Prices
We want to make sure that every member of SCF is able to attend the weekend. All ticket prices are being subsidised out of church funds.

For children under two years old on 1 July 2022 there won’t be any charge (as long as they’re in a cot).
Children aged between 2 and 8 on 1 July 2022 will be charged at 50% of the total per head cost.
Room sizes and layouts vary enormously – wherever possible families will be together in one room.
Note 1: There will be a 10% discount for bookings confirmed before 19 April 2022.
