Exclusive use of Quinta Hall with room for 109 people in 35 bedrooms of differing size, including 12 en-suites.
There are two disabled rooms on the ground floor, each with twin beds and en-suite facilities
Exclusive use of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location on the estate with space for 5 caravans, all with electric hook-ups.
Use of the large camping field for tents and caravans with access to the sports hall toilets and showers
The weekend is fully catered by Gracious Catering and is included in the cost, starting with a meal together on Friday evening and ending with a hog roast on Sunday lunchtime. Gracious Catering are very flexible and cater for all dietary requirements,
The standard cereal and toast breakfast can be upgraded to a cooked breakfast for £1 each day!
It is expected that there will be no self-catering so that we can take meals together.
By using Quinta Hall, the caravan site and the camping field there are a variety of options, including a mix. For example, the parents in a family might choose to stay in Quinta Hall with young children while their older children use the camp site.
Total cost per person (includes all catering)
Quinta Hall room shared with others – £65
Quinta Hall couple / family room – £75
Quinta Hall couple / family room with en-suite – £85
Camping – £41 (includes use of the showers and toilets in the sports hall)
Caravan – £30 per caravan plus £25 per person for food
Quinta Hall rooms come with quilts and pillows, bring your own covers or hire at Quinta Hall for £8.
Children under 2 on 12/7/19 are free, children between 2 and 7 charged at 50%

Booking opens on Sunday 14 October when Craig Wood and Andrew Rennison will be available after the morning service to deal with questions and to receive booking forms
Booking forms are available at the reception desk at The Bridge, by email from firstname.lastname@example.org or click the download button below.
Completed booking forms should either be handed to Andrew Rennison or left in his post drawer next to the reception desk.
Once your booking is accepted you will be given an invoice at which point we ask for 25% payment with the balance by 31 May 2019
